AAC Wrestling Championships set to take place Saturday

 The countdown to the 2023 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Wrestling Championships is on, as 11 teams battle it out for titles both individual and the overall team on the campus of Life on Saturday, February 18, in the Eagles’ Nest.
 
The meet gets underway at 10 a.m.
 
The top ­finisher in each weight class at this national qualifying tournament will receive an automatic berth to the 66th Annual NAIA Wrestling National Championships at the Hartman Arena in Park City, Kan., on March 3-4.
 
Individual wrestlers can also qualify for the NAIA National Championships by earning at-large bids based on season results, rankings, etc.
 
Championships will be handed out by weight classes, ranging from 125 pounds to 285.
 
The championship meet will be streamed live and can be viewed here, while live results are available through this link.
 
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online or at the gate.
