On Tuesday, March 11, former Parkersburg South High School standout Cayden Mackey’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stetson Hatters.

The game took place at Melching Field at Conrad Park. This was their first matchup against the Hatters this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 4 p.m. at Melching Field at Conrad Park against Stetson Hatters.
