Swim teams were honored at the Vienna City Council meeting last evening 

Parkersburg South and Parkersburg High School swim teams were honored at the Vienna City Council meeting last evening.  Parkersburg South boys are back-to-back state champs and the Parkersburg High Schools boys came in third place in the state swim meet.  Congratulations to both teams!
