On Saturday, March 7, Washington & Jefferson Presidents, featuring former Ravenswood High School standout Matthew Carte, were defeated 90-61 by the Christopher Newport Captains in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The game began at 5:45 p.m. at Freeman Center and marked the Presidents’ first tournament matchup against the Captains.
