There was a single gas station in cities across Wood County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.07 per gallon in the week ending Feb. 15, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Wood County was $3.84 per gallon.
Of the 48 reported gas stations in cities within Wood County, 23 offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in West Virginia was $3.82, compared to $3.73 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
